Making a Case for Student Success
The Center for Academic Access and Student Enrichment serves as a resource hub for underrepresented and underserved students at Sonoma State University. CAASE provides equitable access to support services to help students succeed during their undergraduate journey at Sonoma State and beyond, and serves as a "one stop shop" comprised of six dynamic departments. Students interested in CAASE can find a variety of services, including support for students with disabilities, academic and holistic advising, academic and instructional assistance, community building, professional development opportunities, and much more.
Through community outreach and campus partnerships, CAASE provides an extensive range of specialized workshops, events, and orientation programs for students who are transitioning to the university, navigating campus resources, meeting academic goals, and budgeting personal finances. It is our mission to empower students to be successful at SSU and beyond by providing ample educational opportunities within each department to meet students' basic needs.
